Professional accomplishments in Luxury Master Planned Communities 
● Joined Marriott Vacation Club in 1986 as Director of Sales Operations, and Regional sales trainer. 
● Formed NOW! Inc in 2001 to provide sales, marketing and turned key solutions for real estate developers. 
● In 2006, as a key partner, Bill helped form Private Mountain Communities. It targeted prospective customers desiring an upscale living in the Western Carolina Mountains. 
● Bill, along with his partners, envisioned and brought Seven Falls Golf & River Club to the market place. In 2007 it reached the highest sales volume of any Western North Carolina master-planned community.
